Here I am with Sarah Bianchi, my lifelong friend, from Baylor...time with her is so refreshing!!!
We are eating dinner at Addis by the Red Sea...it's the best Ethiopian food I've ever eaten, oh wait, it's the only Ethiopian food I've ever had, ha. The Chicken Doro Wot was my favorite with the injera bread on their little table, called the mesob.
More later about our time. Jackson David is here with me and so peaceful.
