eggs and more eggs

Our first spotting of the eggs was on Tuesday. Since it was such a beautiful week, we went back on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (but only Friday b/c we had a playdate, otherwise we wouldn't have since it was cold). But we did get to see MORE eggs and that was really cool!!! I'm not sure who is more excited about these eggs, me or the boys.

Wednesday's eggs-it was hard to get the picture since there was wood chips and trash covering them. There was 4 eggs.


Thursday's eggs-7 eggs!


Friday's eggs-9 eggs!

This has been really interesting to watch and we can't wait to see how many more are added. I'll post more if we see more. They are in the base of a tree trunk on the little island at the pond.
