MoMo and Pop Pop come to visit!

MoMo, Pop Pop and the boys at our favorite lookout spot at the bottom of our street.


One of the orangutans looked like he had dread locks. The animals were full of energy this morning! This guy was swinging around and sat on top of the wooden pole and then made his way down into his cave.

The lions were sitting for awhile and then a woman with a turquoise colored shirt came up to the glass and the one Momma lion attacked the glass and watched her the whole time. It was very interesting to watch this huge mammal prey on a zoo visitor. We were all very thankful for the glass.


Another breezy morning, we went for a picnic at Scenic Ridge Park. The park overlooks the whole city, is shaded and had a great area for the boys to fly their gliders and kick the ball.

What a fabulous time we had with MoMo and Pop Pop. We went on a picnic, flew our gliders, went on walks, visited the El Paso Zoo and had some really good Mexican food.
